- 4 ripe pears
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the pears in half and scoop out the core.
- Place the pears in a baking dish, cut side up.
- Fill each pear half with mixed berries.
- Drizzle honey over the pears and berries.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts and crumbled blue cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until pears are tender.
- Serve warm as a delicious dessert.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle some cinnamon before baking.
- Swap out blue cheese for goat cheese if preferred.
