- 4 ripe pears
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the pears in half and remove the cores.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the pear halves.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese, honey, cranberries, and cinnamon on top of each pear half.
- Place the pears in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the pears are tender.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- For added flavor, sprinkle walnuts or pecans on top before baking.
