- 4 large baking potatoes
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and dry the potatoes, then prick them with a fork a few times.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake the potatoes directly on the oven rack for about 45-60 minutes, until tender.
- While the potatoes are baking, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and chop into pieces.
- Once the potatoes are done, let them cool for a few minutes, then slice them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Top each potato with cheddar cheese, chopped turkey bacon, sour cream, and green onions. Season with black pepper.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
