- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Scrub the potatoes and poke several holes in them with a fork.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake the potatoes for about 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Cut a slit in the top of each potato and fluff the inside with a fork.
- Top the potatoes with turkey bacon, chicken ham, sour cream, cheese, and green onions.
- Season with black pepper to taste.

- For extra flavor, consider adding spices or herbs to the topping.
