A deliciously easy recipe for baked potatoes topped with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Scrub the potatoes and poke several holes in them with a fork.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Bake the potatoes for about 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
  5. Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  6. Cut a slit in the top of each potato and fluff the inside with a fork.
  7. Top the potatoes with turkey bacon, chicken ham, sour cream, cheese, and green onions.
  8. Season with black pepper to taste.
