Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fill a greased donut hole pan with the batter, about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
