Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the creamy avocado sauce by blending ripe avocados, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and salt until smooth.
- Serve the meatballs warm with the avocado sauce on the side.

- For extra flavor, you can add chopped green onions to the meatball mixture.
