- 2 avocados
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, make the avocado sauce by blending avocados, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and cumin until smooth.
- Serve the baked meatballs with the creamy avocado sauce on top.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include chopped green onions in the meatball mixture.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
