Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the chicken in the skillet until browned on both sides and no longer pink inside.
- Add the balsamic vinegar, spinach, and cherry tomatoes. Cook until the spinach is wilted.
- Serve hot.
