- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
