- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas, granulated sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add baking soda and salt; mix well.
- Stir in flour until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll out the dough, spread the butter, and sprinkle with the brown sugar mixture.
- Roll up the dough and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Enhance flavor by adding chocolate chips or raisins.
