- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup overripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the mashed bananas with butter and sugars until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract to the banana mixture and combine well.
- Gradually fold in the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Spread the dough onto a floured surface and roll it out into a rectangle.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough and sprinkle extra cinnamon sugar if desired.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into individual rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

- For added flavor, sprinkle nuts or chocolate chips in the filling.
