- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large bananas, mashed
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the banana mixture.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and sprinkle chopped nuts.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool before refrigerating.
- Chill for at least 4 hours, then serve chilled.
Notes
- For added flavor, use ripe bananas.
- Serve with extra caramel sauce on the side.
