Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large bananas, mashed
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the banana mixture.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and sprinkle chopped nuts.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool before refrigerating.
  9. Chill for at least 4 hours, then serve chilled.

Notes

  • For added flavor, use ripe bananas.
  • Serve with extra caramel sauce on the side.
