- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, then let it cool.
- Once cooled, layer the sliced bananas on top and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped peanuts on top of the whipped cream.
