- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly.
- Layer sliced bananas on top of the peanut butter mixture.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the bananas.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, until the center is set.
- Allow to cool and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Garnish with chopped peanuts before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider using homemade caramel sauce.
- This cheesecake can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
