- 1 package of cream cheese
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 prepared cake roll
- 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the whipped cream and powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
- Spread the cream mixture over the prepared cake roll.
- Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers on top.
- Roll the cake tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the cream mixture.
- Make sure the bananas are ripe for optimal sweetness.
