- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 4 large ripe bananas, sliced

- 1 banana, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sliced bananas and vanilla extract, mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Pour the filling into the crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, garnish with sliced banana.
