- 2 ripe bananas

- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl. Mix until fully combined.
- If using, fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let it cool before cutting into bars.
