Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Push the chicken and vegetables to one side and pour the beaten eggs into the skillet, scrambling until cooked.
- Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, and bang bang sauce, stirring to combine well.
- Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in soy sauce and garlic before cooking.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the fried rice.
