Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the cooked rice, breaking up any clumps.
- Stir in turkey bacon and mixed vegetables, cooking until heated through.
- Push rice to the side and pour in the beaten eggs, scrambling until fully cooked.
- Mix everything together and add soy sauce, stirring to combine.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
