Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper together.
  2. Rub the spice mixture all over the chuck roast.
  3. Place the roast in the slow cooker.
  4. Add garlic, onion, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, lime juice, and beef broth.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until tender.
  6. Shred the beef with two forks and mix with the juices.
  7. Serve with tortillas and desired toppings.
