Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
- Form scones and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh blueberries.
- Add a sprinkle of sugar on top before baking for a sweet finish.
