- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1 cup shredded BBQ chicken
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- On one slice of bread, layer the BBQ chicken, pineapple, and mozzarella cheese.
- Top with the other slice of bread.
- Spread butter on the outside of the sandwich.
- Grill until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some jalapeños.
