Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine flank steak, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, then the marinated beef. Stir-fry until the beef is browned and cooked through.
  4. Add broccoli florets into the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked lo mein noodles and sesame oil, stirring everything to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
