- 8 ounces lo mein noodles
- 1 pound flank steak, sliced thinly
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine flank steak, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic, then the marinated beef. Stir-fry until the beef is browned and cooked through.
- Add broccoli florets into the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked lo mein noodles and sesame oil, stirring everything to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.

- You can substitute chicken or tofu for the beef if desired.
