- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Add the cooked rotini to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For a little heat, add red pepper flakes.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
