- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the beef knuckle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef on all sides.
- Transfer the beef to a roasting pan and add beef broth and rosemary.
- Cover with foil and roast in the oven for 2 to 2.5 hours, or until tender.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
