- 2 pounds flank steak
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lay the flank steak flat and pound it to an even thickness.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture over the flank steak.
- Roll the steak tightly and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the rolls on all sides until browned.
- Transfer the rolls to a baking dish and cover with marinara sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
