  • 1 pound beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 3 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the marinated beef to the skillet, stir-fry until browned.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  6. Stir in the cooked noodles and mix well. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sesame oil at the end of cooking.
