- 8 ounces lo mein noodles
- 1 pound beef, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 3 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the marinated beef to the skillet, stir-fry until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Stir in the cooked noodles and mix well. Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sesame oil at the end of cooking.
- Feel free to substitute with other vegetables based on availability.
