- 2 pounds frozen fries
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the fries according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
- Season the meat mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Once the fries are done, pile the beef and shrimp mixture on top.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top and return to the oven until cheese is melted.
- Top with sour cream and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- This dish is best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be reheated in the oven.
