Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and dried oregano.
- Place the chicken in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken and seal the bag or cover the dish.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours for best results.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook as desired.

- For more flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight.
