- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup crab meat
- 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
- Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal, forming a triangle.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the crab rangoons in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of soy sauce to the filling mix.
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
