- 6 oz crab meat
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pkg wonton wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Wet the edges of the wonton with water, fold, and press to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the wontons until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of soy sauce to the filling.
- Ensure the oil is hot enough to avoid soggy wontons.
