Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together Biscoff spread and butter until smooth.
- Add in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
