- 1 cup Biscoff cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, Biscoff spread, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Bake for 45 minutes, then let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Remove from pan, slice, and serve topped with additional caramel sauce if desired.
Notes
- For a stronger Biscoff flavor, you can add more Biscoff spread to the filling.
- This cheesecake can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
