- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Warm the milk and butter until melted, then add to the dry ingredients along with the egg.
- Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rise for about 1 hour.
- Roll the dough out and spread Biscoff cookie butter on top.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar, then roll the dough tightly.
- Slice into rolls and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For a sweeter glaze, mix powdered sugar with milk and drizzle over the warm rolls.
