- 1 package refrigerated biscuits
- 1 pound breakfast sausage

- 2 cups milk

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
- Add flour to the skillet and stir for a minute to create a roux.
- Slowly whisk in the milk until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in black pepper and salt.
- Flatten the biscuits on a pizza pan and pour the gravy over the top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

- For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the gravy.
