Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and serve chilled or at room temperature.
