Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce and black pepper for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned.
- Add the garlic, bell peppers, and broccoli, and stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
