- 8 ounces macaroni
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
- Chop chicken ham into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, and green onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and stir until well coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some shredded cheese or diced pickles.
- This salad can be made a day in advance for convenience.
