  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Let it cool and then crumble it.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crumbled turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and cheddar cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
