- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Let it cool and then crumble it.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crumbled turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, and cheddar cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- For extra flavor, feel free to add diced avocado or green onions.
