- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add the melted butter and mix well.
- Stir in the sugars, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
- Mix in the baking soda and salt.
- Add the flour, mixing until just incorporated.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle some cinnamon into the batter.
- Try using chocolate chips for a sweeter twist!
