- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix blueberries, honey, and cinnamon.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
- Add the blueberry mixture and then top with the remaining cheese and another tortilla.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use cream cheese or ricotta in place of mozzarella.
- Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup for added sweetness.
