Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese.
  4. Add half of the blueberries and crumbled turkey bacon on top, then sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Top with another tortilla and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Repeat for the second quesadilla.
  7. Slice into wedges and drizzle with honey before serving.
