Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and some blueberries on each rectangle.
- Fold the pastry over and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar.
