- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Roll out crescent dough and cut into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and a few blueberries on each rectangle.
- Roll up each piece and place on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with granulated sugar.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with extra blueberries on top for garnish.
- For a richer flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon to the filling.
