- 8 slices bread

- 1/2 cup blueberries

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- Spread the mixture between two slices of bread to form a sandwich.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, coating well.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with syrup or powdered sugar.
Notes
- For a sweeter taste, add maple syrup.
- Can substitute blueberries with strawberries or raspberries.
