- 1 cup blueberries
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the blueberries and gently fold to combine.
- Place 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture on an egg roll wrapper; fold and seal accordingly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
