  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch salt
  • powdered sugar for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Cut the croissants into pieces and layer half in a greased baking dish.
  4. Spread half of the blueberries over the croissants. Repeat the layers.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and blueberries.
  6. Let it soak for about 30 minutes.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden.
  8. Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
