  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla and sour cream.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and sprinkle with blueberries.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the cheesecake.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool before removing from the springform pan.
