- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla and sour cream.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and sprinkle with blueberries.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the cheesecake.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set.
- Allow to cool before removing from the springform pan.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider using lemon zest in the cheesecake mix.
- Top with whipped cream for an extra indulgent treat.
