Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
  3. Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into circles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the blueberry mixture in the center of each circle.
  5. Fold the crust over and seal the edges.
