Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl; gradually add to the creamed mixture.
- Fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips gently.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Notes
- For a thicker cookie, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
